This thing isn’t working!  What do I do?

Never fear!  We are sorry to hear that something isn’t working but we will gladly fix it!  Our goal is to make the most intuitive and useful site possible.  If you’re having a problem with a section of our site or simply have a recommendation , we want to hear from you support@femac.us

How can I check my Femac email?

There are 2 ways to check your email.
1. With a computer.
2. With a smartphone.

How do I check email with my computer?

Here’s a little step-by-step:
1.Open the internet. We recommend using either Firefox or Chrome browsers.
2.Go to mail.femac.us.
3.In the center of your screen, enter your full email address (ie. john.doe@femac.us) and enter your secret password.
4.Click “Login”

How do I check email with my phone?

Please check out our email migration page for up-to-date information.

My phone just stopped receiving email, and I recently changed my password. What do I do?

Now that you chose a new secret password, we need to update your mobile device.

How do I check company voicemail?

This is very easy. It will help to have your voicemail memory card in front of you.

Step 1: Call the femac main number (855-336-2287)
Step 2: Dial extension *98
Step 3: When prompted, dial your extension number (ie. 203)
Step 4: When prompted, enter your voicemail password
You’re in the voicemail system. Now follow the menu prompts.
